Christian Missionary Volunteers was born out of burden for Labourers on the field and Missionary Activities. It all started in Abuja (FCT in 2012). Though far before this time several meeting and mission work had been done, we are passionate for our brethren on the mission field and see all Missionaries on the mission field as our Missionary. We don’t send Missionary to the field but we see all Missionaries as our Missionary and support them through their various mission agencies.
CMV is a non- denominational, non – profit mission agency. We are bound together with a commitment to aid missionary activities in the various field within our capacity. We believe that the preahing of the Gospel is an important assignment that every believer must be involved in no matter the difficulties and fears in the jungles and villages in the most remote and rigorously in accessible locations on the surface of the earth because it is God power given salvation to all that believe
Join In Praying for Mission
We raise prayer altar for missionaries and mission work across Nigeria and beyond (see exo 17:8 – 11) ”Then came Amalek and fought with isreal in Rephidim. And Moses said unto Joshua, choose us out men, and go out, fight with Amalek: tomorrow I will stand on the top of the hill with the rod of God in mine hand. So Joshua did as Moses had said to him, and fought with Amalek: Moses, Aaron, and Hur went up to the top of the hill. And it came to pass, when Moses help up his hand, that Isarel prevailed: and when he let down his hand, Amalek Prevailed”.
In view of this, we see the role of Intercession in mission as a serious aspect in mission.
